Financial Aid

Besides all of the financial aid grants, loans, and work-study that are offered to ALL eligible students, there are the SINGLE PARENT GRANT (which is currently at $4000), and additional loans (which are sometimes unsubsidized) to cover childcare expenses up to $2750 for children under fourteen.

STUDENT HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN

Maternity Benefits – Delivery must occur while enrolled in SHIP. Hospitalization: Covers 100% of the negotiated fee for Blue Cross Prudent Buyer facilities or 80% of the limited fee schedule for non-Blue Cross Prudent Buyer facilities for inpatient hospital admission, including delivery, complications of pregnancy and well-baby nursery charges.
